Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis related to ongoing litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external experts to build robust legal cases.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date case files.
• Stay informed on legal updates, regulations, and case law relevant to the practice area.
• Provide clear legal guidance and advice to clients.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on civil litigation.
• Active California State Bar admission.
• Strong legal research and writing capabilities.
• Experience with legal drafting and court procedures.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Bar membership in the state of California.
