Job Overview:
A boutique law firm based in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a seasoned litigation attorney with 5-15 years of experience in handling complex business-related disputes. This position offers the opportunity to independently manage a wide range of civil litigation matters from intake through trial or resolution. The firm maintains a lean and strategic practice focused on high-quality representation in commercial litigation, business separations, real estate disputes, insurance claims, and contract controversies. Duties:

• Lead litigation matters from case initiation through resolution or trial

• Evaluate and strategize new client matters at intake

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial

• Maintain active communication with clients and internal teams

• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials as needed

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in California and good standing

• Minimum of 5-15 years of direct experience in civil or commercial litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases independently

• Familiarity with California courts, procedures, and filing protocols

• Track record of sound legal judgment and professional integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• State Bar of California - Active Member in Good Standing
