Duties:

• Participate in all stages of intellectual property litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and memoranda

• Conduct legal and technical research related to patent claims and defenses

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and in-house technical consultants

• Engage in strategic planning for case development and resolution

• Support senior attorneys in managing client relationships and communications

• Analyze patent portfolios and technical documentation related to electronics and computing systems

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience handling patent or IP litigation matters

• Demonstrated interest in intellectual property and technology-related legal work

• Exceptional analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in at least one U.S. state (New York admission preferred or willingness to waive in)

Skills:

• Technical proficiency or familiarity with electrical engineering, computer science, or closely related disciplines

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

• Clear communication skills and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
