Duties

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend them.
• Handle invoicing related to depositions.
• Respond to client inquiries and negotiate resolutions.
• Provide direction and guidance to non-attorney staff.
• Participate in team events and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments.
• Experience with doctors' depositions preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree required.
