Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation (Remote)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly motivated Associate Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation to join their team in Burbank, CA. This remote position requires candidates to be California State Barred and reside in California. The role involves managing a docket of cases and providing top-tier legal representation to clients.

Duties

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Prepare clients for and attend depositions.
• Respond to client inquiries and move matters towards resolution.
• Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
• Participate in team events and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Workers' Compensation experience required.
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments.
• Doctors' deposition experience preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership.
