A respected law firm seeks to expand its talent pool at the partner level across various East Coast locations. This opportunity invites experienced attorneys to join a dynamic, nationally and internationally recognized firm. Ideal candidates will have the expertise to manage complex legal matters, foster client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s growth across core practice areas such as Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.

Duties

  • Lead and manage legal matters in Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates practices.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to support business development.
  • Collaborate with partners and other teams to deliver strategic and innovative legal solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Actively participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in one or more of the firm's core practice areas (Corporate, Litigation, Trusts & Estates).
  • Proven business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Leadership experience, including managing teams and collaborating across practice areas.
  • Strong client-service orientation with a strategic, solutions-driven approach.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the position is based.
