Duties

Requirements

• 7+ years of meaningful experience in banking and finance law.
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of academic achievement.
• Experience in a peer law firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to waive in.
