Job Overview

A law firm seeks a qualified Litigation Attorney to join its practice in Carlsbad, CA. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work remotely, with occasional travel to the California office.

Duties

• Manage assigned matters using case management and reporting software.
• Conduct bench trials and motions practice with a focus on civil procedure.
• Handle court appearances and related travel as required.
• Provide superior client care and proactive communication.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice.
• Experience with Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA & FDCPA.
• Self-starter with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• CA Bar License (Required).
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
