A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate for their Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group in New York. The successful candidate will primarily collaborate with the partner managing the ERISA practice.

Duties

• Collaborate with partners on ERISA-related matters.
• Advise on tax-qualified retirement plans and ERISA compliance.
• Assist in fund formation, investment management, and structured finance.
• Support 401(k), pension, and health and welfare plan initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and related areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission.
