Duties

• Litigate cases involving catastrophic casualty claims, premises liability, and dram shop issues.
• Manage commercial and residential construction and property disputes.
• Handle transportation, logistics, product liability, and insurance cases.
• Defend individual, insurance, and corporate clients.
• Conduct depositions and manage litigation from complaint to pre-trial conferences.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant law firm experience.
• Experience in defending various client types preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently with partner oversight.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Florida.
