This role involves handling complex cases, providing legal analysis, and representing clients in various legal proceedings. The position offers flexibility for remote work, though in-person attendance may be required based on case demands.

Duties:

• Draft comprehensive legal coverage opinions.
• Manage all aspects of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
• Prepare and file motions, conduct discovery, and participate in depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and legal teams.
• Travel as required for case-related matters.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in insurance litigation or property coverage law.
• Demonstrated ability in case management, legal writing, and oral advocacy.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bar admission in Colorado.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Colorado State Bar.
