Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Asset Finance and Securitization Associate to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic group representing various market participants in structuring complex finance transactions.

Duties

• Collaborate with issuers, borrowers, and underwriters on structured finance transactions.
• Assist in creating complex products involving diverse asset classes and derivatives.
• Engage in structuring novel asset finance and sale transactions.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in asset finance and securitization.
• Experience with structured finance transactions involving assets such as solar loans, mineral rights, and credit card receivables preferred.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong interest in learning and developing client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a collegial team.
