A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in San Francisco, CA, with a minimum of four years of experience in Labor & Employment, Professional Liability, and/or Commercial Litigation.

Duties

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct and respond to discovery.
• Handle depositions and court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide timely case status updates.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in California.
• 4+ years of experience in business litigation.
• Experience in legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and/or other professional liability matters is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in California.
