Mid- to Senior-Level Litigation Associate

Location:

Duties:

• Handle all phases of complex civil litigation, from case strategy through trial and appeal

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and discovery responses

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile and high-value litigation matters

• Conduct in-depth legal research and factual investigations

• Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and negotiations

• Contribute to case management, including preparing for trial and post-trial proceedings

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of litigation experience

• Experience with complex commercial litigation preferred

• Prior large firm experience or judicial clerkship strongly valued

• Demonstrated success managing litigation independently or with a team

• Ability to take ownership of assignments and deliver high-quality legal work under pressure

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
