Duties

• Perform legal research and prepare strategic analyses and memoranda.
• Assist in trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding strategy, risks, and progress.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys while managing cases independently.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
• Two to six years of litigation experience.

• Significant drafting experience.
