Duties

• Represent clients in trademark and copyright litigation in federal court and before administrative bodies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda related to IP disputes.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Take and defend depositions, and participate in hearings and settlement discussions.
• Manage enforcement and defense of IP rights, including anti-counterfeiting efforts.
• Advise clients on litigation risks and intellectual property protection strategies.

Requirements

• 2 years of litigation experience with a focus on intellectual property law.
• Familiarity with the Lanham Act, DMCA, and related statutes.
• Admitted to practice in New York and eligible to practice in federal courts.
• TTAB or USPTO litigation experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Admission to federal district courts preferred.
