A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Greenville, SC. Duties

Requirements

  • Active member of the relevant state bar in good standing.
  • State-specific Notary Public certification.
  • Understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and local ordinances.
  • Knowledge of property rights, land use, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
  • Effective communication skills to explain legal concepts to clients.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills for complex legal situations.
  • Proficiency in handling real estate transactions.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active state bar membership.
  • Notary Public certification.
