A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about estates and trusts, eager to help clients secure their legacy, and contribute to a high-performing team.

Duties

• Review estate planning documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and provide guidance.
• Design comprehensive estate plans tailored to client goals and circumstances.

Requirements

• A JD degree and an active bar license in Pennsylvania.
• A genuine interest in estate planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture and identify issues.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role.
• Adaptability to firm systems and workflows.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license in Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Familiarity with Monday.com, Excel, and/or Lawmatics is a plus.
• Experience using WealthCounsel for estate planning documents is beneficial.
