The ideal candidate is a driven litigator ready to independently manage a caseload from intake through trial, with full support from a highly structured legal team. Location

Duties

  • Manage a full docket of personal injury cases from inception through resolution

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

  • Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions

  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations

  • Investigate case facts, develop strategy, and build strong legal arguments

  • Maintain communication with clients and legal team throughout litigation

  • Collaborate with internal departments (intake, pre-litigation, and executive) to ensure efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense)

  • Experience handling cases through trial preferred

  • Demonstrated negotiation and courtroom skills

  • Willingness to travel for depositions, court appearances, and client meetings

  • Ability to manage high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (required)

  • Admission in New Jersey is a plus

Skills
