A law firm seeks an Associate to join the Global Transportation Finance team in Los Angeles, CA. Duties

• Collaborate with shareholders on complex transactions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of transactional experience at a law firm.
• Experience in securitization, leveraged finance, or related fields.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Admitted in or taking steps to become admitted in California.

Education

• J.D. degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
