Duties

• Advise on structured finance transactions, including residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities.
• Collaborate with a team to execute and sell asset-backed securities and other financings.
• Contribute to significant regulatory reform measures.
• Engage in client service and relationship management.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of relevant law firm experience.
• Membership in the State Bar of the desired location.
• Highly motivated with superior client service skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in a U.S. State.
