Duties

• Prepare legal documents including letters, pleadings, contracts, and discovery.
• Conduct legal and social media research.
• Engage in phone and in-person meetings with clients to address inquiries.
• Respond to messages promptly and finalize projects on time.

Requirements

• Utah Bar License or a graduate from an accredited law school awaiting bar admission.
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible with the ability to multitask.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Westlaw or Lexis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Utah Bar License (or pending admission).
