Associate Attorney

Duties

• Manage and work up client case files from start to finish.
• Advocate for clients with insurance companies and medical providers.
• Conduct initial consultations and sign up potential clients.
• Prepare settlement demands and negotiate with insurance adjusters.
• Litigate cases and prepare trial materials.
• Maintain client relations through regular communication.

Requirements

• Membership in the Utah Bar.
• Civil litigation experience preferred.
• Prior plaintiff's personal injury experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise support staff.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• No disciplinary record and ability to pass a background check.

Education

• Law degree required.

Certifications

• Utah Bar License preferred.
