Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate with over four years of experience to join its Transportation, Insurance, and Products Liability section in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research and writing skills, excellent communication abilities, and pre-trial and trial experience. Membership in the Florida State Bar is required.

Duties

• Manage case files effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in pre-trial and trial proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in the Florida State Bar.
• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability to practice law in Florida; Georgia and/or Alabama preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Florida State Bar membership.
