Education Attorney

Andover office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks education attorney with experience providing counsel to independent schools, other educational institutions or non-profits, or government agencies involved in education policy. The candidate will be responsible for counseling education clients on all manner of legal issues facing school communities, devising policies and practices relating to students, families and employees, and, when necessary, representing education clients in federal and state courts and before government agencies. Must preferably have experience representing education clients or other legal experience with education policy. Client communication/management experience is essential. Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing (admission in other states a plus) is essential.

The candidate should have outstanding research and writing skills. Should have excellent communication skills. Ability to think practically and strategically is needed. Strong academic credentials are essential. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited and prestigious law school is needed.
