  • Stay current on changes in civil procedure and case law.
  • Contribute to the firm's professional culture and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in litigation, including judicial clerkship.
  • VA Bar License.
  • Strong legal writing, analysis, and drafting skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Northern Virginia.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Jury trial and court experience.
  • Prior judicial clerkship experience.
  • Experience in arbitrations.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active Virginia Bar License.
