Duties

• Evaluate, develop, and manage class action cases from intake through resolution.
• Identify, interview, and retain plaintiffs for potential class actions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on privacy and consumer law issues.
• Draft and edit pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with co-counsel, experts, and investigators.
• Engage with clients and opposing counsel professionally.
• Stay current on privacy legislation and data breach trends.
• Help grow the firm's presence in the practice area.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in class action litigation.
• At least 2 years of experience in data breach, privacy, or consumer protection.
• Proficiency in legal writing, research, and case management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to the bar in California.
