Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Career Associate with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves working on a large docket of cases for a major technology company, with opportunities to engage in financial services, white collar, and privacy and data security litigation.

Duties

• Develop case strategy and drive fact development efforts.
• Draft motions to dismiss and other litigation documents.
• Engage in discovery, including e-discovery tasks.
• Manage cases and projects, ensuring proactive deadline management.

Requirements

• Experience with complex civil litigation.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Member of the State Bar of California, admitted in good standing.
