Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of litigation experience to join its Workers' Compensation Department in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to litigate a variety of workers' compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex cases.

Duties

• Litigate workers' compensation claims involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and other complex issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative defense strategies.
• Engage in legal research and writing to support case development.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in workers' compensation.
• Strong analytical, writing, and research skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
