Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in New York.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate matters.
  • Ability to report to the office as required.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with client consultations and estate planning law issues.
  • Active member of the American Bar Association.

Education

  • 4-year degree with a legal background.
  • J.D. degree required.
