Job Overview:
A respected full-service business law firm in Tampa, Florida is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Real Property Litigation Practice Group. The position involves handling a range of complex civil and commercial litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on real property and business disputes. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated attorney with at least three years of litigation experience who is looking for a collaborative environment and long-term professional growth, including partnership opportunities.

Location:

  • Tampa, Florida

Duties:

  • Represent clients in real property and business-related litigation matters

  • Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and correspondence

  • Conduct legal research and case analysis

  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including depositions and document production

  • Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials

  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategy

  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing counsel

  • Contribute to case management and internal team development

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil or commercial litigation

  • Background in real property litigation or business law preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage litigation independently from inception to resolution

  • Strong analytical thinking and strategic decision-making skills

  • Client-focused with excellent professional judgment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Florida

  • In good standing with the Florida Bar
