Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Wisconsin Bar.
• 3+ years of legal experience in collections or civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• WI Bar License (Required).
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
