Duties:

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials

• Conduct depositions and participate in hearings and trials

• Perform legal research and provide strategic analysis of complex issues

• Collaborate with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel

• Support senior attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom strategy

Requirements:

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil litigation; no more than 5 preferred

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple case files independently

• Strong verbal and written advocacy capabilities

• Commitment to client service and courtroom excellence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas

Skills:

• Effective legal writing and oral argument proficiency

• Ability to manage time-sensitive assignments across multiple cases

• Skilled in legal research tools and litigation software

• Professional communication and interpersonal effectiveness
