Duties

• Manage litigation, including investigating claims and preparing resolution documents.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• At least three years' experience in eminent domain litigation.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
