• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents affecting personal injury practice areas.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with office procedures.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in legal proceedings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• New York State Bar admission (required).
• Strong understanding of personal injury laws and principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• High school or equivalent education (preferred).

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar (required).
