Location:

Duties:

• Manage civil litigation cases from intake through resolution

• Draft and respond to written discovery

• Prepare, file, and argue motions

• Take and defend depositions

• Develop litigation strategies for each case

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress and strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years and up to 5 years of experience in civil litigation

• Demonstrated ability to handle a case independently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California and in good standing

Skills:

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities

• Excellent oral advocacy skills and courtroom presence

• Familiarity with California discovery rules and civil procedure

• Proactive work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
