Duties

  • Represent plaintiffs and relators in False Claims Act and qui tam litigation

  • Conduct and oversee internal investigations and pre-filing analyses
  • Draft complaints, briefs, motions, and other complex litigation filings
  • Manage discovery, including document review and witness preparation
  • Interface with government agencies and enforcement authorities
  • Participate in mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings
  • Develop litigation strategy and case management plans

Requirements

  • 19 years of experience in False Claims Act and qui tam litigation
  • Extensive plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state false claims statutes
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes litigation independently
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong client advisory and advocacy abilities

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active State Bar license in good standing
