Duties

  • Manage a high caseload effectively, ensuring quality attention to each case.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful completion of the bar exam.
  • Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in immigration law as a licensed attorney.
  • Proficiency in legal research software, particularly Lexis and Westlaw.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and research skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Strong client service orientation.
  • Admission to practice law in the United States in good standing.
  • References verifying expertise and reliability.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S.-based law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA).
