Job Overview

A law firm seeks a real estate associate for its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leases across various asset classes.

Duties

• Handle commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
• Manage lease agreements and related documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leases.
• Stellar academic credentials.
• Comparable law firm experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
