Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Real Estate Attorney in Dallas, TX. This role offers an opportunity for an experienced attorney to manage their practice with the support of a well-established firm. The position is ideal for those with a strong client development history or a portable book of business.

Duties

  • Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development.
  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, easements, and other real estate documents.
  • Represent clients in title and boundary disputes, zoning matters, and real estate litigation where applicable.
  • Manage client relationships with minimal oversight and high responsiveness.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active license in good standing (Texas or Florida preferred; other states considered).
  • Minimum 5 years of real estate law experience.
  • Strong client development history and/or portable book of business.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
