A law firm seeks a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team in Wilmington, DE.

Duties

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications in the areas of 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards.
• Work on patent applications related to memory devices and semiconductor devices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patent prosecution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Education

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

Certifications

• None specified.

Skills

• Experience with 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards.
• Technical training or experience in memory and semiconductor devices.
• Team-oriented approach.
