Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate in Miami, FL. Duties

  • Conduct pre-suit investigations and develop potential claims.

  • Handle appellate court proceedings across the country.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of litigation experience.
  • Familiarity with Florida construction law preferred.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Active Florida license in good standing.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Florida Bar admission required.
