Duties

• Experience with private equity and public-company compensation matters.
• Admitted or eligible to seek admission to the New York bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
