Litigation Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters from case initiation through trial or settlement

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Participate in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations

• Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on legal risks and outcomes

• Manage discovery, including document production and witness preparation

• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on case development and trial preparation

Requirements:

• Substantial litigation experience (years of experience may vary based on skill and complexity of prior work)

• Proven record of courtroom advocacy and motion practice

• Experience managing civil litigation cases independently or as lead counsel

• Strong case strategy development and client counseling experience

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar (in good standing)

Skills:
