Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Construction Litigation Associate to join its team in Florida, ideally based in Orlando. This role offers an opportunity to engage in diverse litigation, claims analysis, and risk management within large-scale infrastructure projects.

Duties

• Manage complex construction litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
• Participate in court hearings and dispositive motion practice.
• Engage in depositions, including taking and defending key fact and expert witnesses.
• Utilize various dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial or construction litigation experience.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
• Strong analytical skills and practical approach to litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission.
