Duties

Requirements

  • Experience with DUI, sex crimes, and federal cases is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Tech-savvy and efficient in handling cases.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.

Skills

  • Strong advocacy and representation skills in criminal cases.
  • Ability to manage all phases of a case, from intake to appeal.
  • Proficient in legal research, drafting motions, and courtroom representation.
