Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Criminal Law Associate Attorney in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel, conduct research, and draft documents while collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional legal services.

Duties

  • Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements

  • 5 years of criminal law experience.
  • Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Successful completion of the bar exam.
