Duties

Requirements

  • Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
  • 4+ years of family law experience, including litigation and courtroom practice.
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently from intake to resolution.
  • Exceptional skills in legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using case management systems.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to counsel clients with empathy and confidence.
  • Technologically proficient, with Apple/Mac experience preferred.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
