A law firm seeks a Venture and Growth Attorney to join its finance department in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters, particularly with banks and private credit funds. This is a professional track position with no partnership track.

Duties

• Represent lenders in commercial finance transactions.
• Advise on loans to technology, life sciences, and middle market companies.
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in lender-side representation.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
