A law firm seeks a Virtual Office Special Counsel for its remote office in Atlanta, GA. This role involves handling administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation for various clients, including those with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). Duties

• Handle employment matters directly and supervise others.
• Develop case strategies and draft work product.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and a team of attorneys.
• Focus on administrative charges, demand letters, and single-plaintiff litigation.
• Potential involvement in class actions and PAGA cases.

Requirements

• Over seven years of experience in employment law and litigation.
• Expertise in handling employment law matters.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Active bar membership in good standing.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership.
